Mike Leible and Elise Parsons are the Fresh Water Conchs that came up with the concept of Key West Salad Shack and Keezy Juice.  Elise has lived on the island for 16 years and has been vegan for the last seven. You may remember her small $5 salads at the farmer’s market back in 2017/2018.  Mike has been a Key West local for over 10 years and eats vegan food at home and when he’s out with Elise.  Both Mike and Elise love the whole process: from writing a recipe, shopping, chopping and delivering their tasty, colorful creations to over 50 Key West addresses every week.

Mike also works a full-time job as a construction Project Manager. Elise is also a Glass Artist who previously sold her pendants and flat bottles on Duval, at Mallory Square and area art shows.
