Our Mission
We are long-time locals looking to fill a noticeable void in Key West. Eating a fresh, plant-based diet on a daily basis is pretty difficult here. Working a full-time job or two and trying to eat healthy is VERY difficult. Buying colorful meals with choices and flavor — delivered, well that was IMPOSSIBLE until now. We get it, and we’re here to help without breaking the bank!
We use crisp greens and the best looking fruits and veggies we can find. We plan our weekly recipes based on what is available and what looks and tastes fresh. Our delivery schedule is currently Sundays and Thursdays to a limited number of Key West residences and businesses that pre-order by the deadline. We coordinate the delivery with you via text so we can hand off the order to a human to make sure the order is soon refrigerated.

Made From Scratch in an All Vegan Kitchen
Key West Salad Shack is committed to providing the community with delicious, plant-based salads, power bowls and cold-pressed bottled juices that are as satisfying as they are nutritious.
We believe that eating a vegan dish should never mean sacrificing flavor or variety. We have crafted a rotating weekly menu that showcase vibrant colors and bold flavors and textures. We use organic produce and grains when possible and try to purchase from growers as close to Key West as possible. All dressings and sauces are house-made from scratch and are designed to tantalize your taste buds and nourish your body.
We purchase our bottles and containers from Good Start Packaging who is a Certified B Corporation (the “B” stands for Benefit for all) and are part of a growing movement of companies using business as a force for good. We at Key West Salad Shack and Keezy Juice care about the sustainability of our paradise island and using the least-damaging and most beneficial packaging as possible is important to us.
Key West Salad Shack uses a cold pressed juicer made by Goodnature, a family-owned company in the USA. Their mission is to help small business owners produce the healthiest and most delicious juice possible.
